Because our tubs are specially designed to fit your space, we want to make sure your order is correct before payment is collected. When shopping on our website, you can add selections to your cart. When you check out, we’ll ask a few questions that will help us get your invoice exactly right. We’ll then contact you with your invoice and collect payment at that time.

Shipping costs depend on how many tubs you order and how far the tubs have to travel to get to you. You will receive a shipping invoice from Roth Group which must be paid in full before your order can leave our facilities.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us. Changes or cancellations may result in a fee of up to 25% of the total invoice amount.

In order to process your payment online, we need to collect a transaction fee. Presently, there is a 3% fee for Visa, Mastercard, and Discover, a 3.4% fee for Amex, and a 0% fee for bank transfers (ACH).
